• Offer advice on recruitment procedures form advertisement through to interview through to selection
• Working Time Regulations opt out documents (where necessary) to ensure compliance with UK and European working hours legislation
• Full updates and implementation of relevant European Directives and UK legislation;
• Full HR administration management; from dealing with letters and references to drafting scripts and memos
